This house is located directly across from pristine six mile Bonita Beach. Bike path in front of home to County nature park or drive 2 miles north to the "Doggie Beach"! Official crosswalk to the beach is only 5 houses to the south. The bay runs across the street behind the house with boat rentals at the end of the block and there is a public boat ramp. Jet Ski rentals and parasailing at south end of the beach.
There is a large 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs and a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment downstairs. Both have deep screened lanai's that run the width of the house for outdoor Florida living and dining. Lots of sliders and French doors. Both are cheerfully and tropically furnished and stocked right down to the blenders and placemats. Both Apartments have ceiling fans in every room. In the garage there is a washer and dryer, gas grille, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Just bring your toothbrush!
Amenities- TVs in living room and master with lots of channels thru cable, Free WiFi, Free long distance to US and Canada from land line.
May not be available winter of 2011 until April. April is $1,150 a week. $150 clean fee, $50 per week or $200 month or $15 a day pet fee, 11% tax, and $300 Refundable damage deposit. (no tax on damage deposit).
