This town home is located west of route Rt. 41 on a point surrounded by water. Bay in front, canal on side. Views of Gulf's saltwater bay face undeveloped mangrove preserve. Imagine watching dolphins splash as the sun sets from your private lanai. There is a huge dock on canal on side of home for fishing. Easy Gulf access/ no bridges. Walk or bike to beach!

Both A and B have their own washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, private decks above, covered patios below. They each have completely separate covered parking and entrances for lots of PRIVACY. Lots of French doors to views, and ceiling fans in every room. Flooring is Prego, tile and carpet in bedrooms.

Side A has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with gigantic unheated pool. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs plus office / den and large open kitchen. Master suite has a walk-in closet. Downstairs is a huge bedroom and separate bath, lots of storage and laundry area. Some use downstairs bedroom as extra family room or office.

Side B is an upstairs roomy, light and bright 1 bedroom 1 bath. Directly below you is your parking stall, storage room with beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats...) and your own washer/dryer.

Amenties of B- King pillowtop bed in bedrm, blow up mattress available, Free WiFi, Free long distance on land line phone, Lots of TV channels thru cable. On property (shared with A side) are kayak, bikes and grille.
